Rice Processing and Quality Control

WHITENER
Whitening removes the bran layer from brown rice. The process is controlled to limit grain damage and prepare the rice for further finishing.
PRE-CLEANER

Pre-cleaning removes dust and other unwanted material before later processing stages. This helps prepare the rice for milling and sorting.

DE-STONER
De-stoning separates stones and heavier impurities from the grain. It is one of the cleaning stages used before the finished rice is packed.
PADDY SEPARATOR

The paddy separator separates unhusked paddy from brown rice using differences in grain size and density.

THICKNESS GRADER
Thickness grading separates grains according to thickness and helps remove unsuitable kernels from the processing stream.
WATER POLISHER

Water polishing uses a controlled application of water and friction to improve the surface finish of milled rice.

COLOR SORTER
Colour sorting uses optical sensors to identify discoloured grains and unwanted material. Air ejectors separate rejected material from the accepted rice.
For Quality & Standards

Sifter
Sifting separates remaining particles and impurities by size after polishing.
Length Grader

Length grading separates grains by length, including whole and broken rice. Buyers should confirm the broken-rice specification required for their order.

Rice Packing Process
Packing prepares the finished rice for storage and delivery. Contact our team to confirm bag sizes, materials and any printing requirements for your order.
For a bulk order, ask our team to confirm moisture limits, broken-rice percentage, other agreed quality criteria and applicable test documents. Discuss your quality requirements.
